These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Rovely website and services at https://www.rovely.io (the "Service"). By signing up or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Description of the Service
Rovely is a software-as-a-service platform that provides email collaboration, shared inbox, assignment, comments and mentions, lightweight CRM (entities, pipelines, custom fields), email-linked tasks and contacts, automation rules, and related features. You may connect your email accounts (e.g. Gmail, Microsoft Outlook) and use the Service in accordance with your subscription plan.
2. Account and Acceptable Use
You must provide accurate account information and keep it updated. You are responsible for activity under your account. You agree not to use the Service for illegal purposes, to violate others' rights, or to abuse or overload our systems. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.
3. Subscription and Payment
Access to the Service is subject to a paid subscription unless otherwise agreed. Fees are billed according to your plan (e.g. monthly or yearly). You may cancel in accordance with our billing policy. Refunds are handled as stated at the time of purchase or in our billing documentation.
4. Your Data and Privacy

We own the Service, its design, and our branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive right to use the Service for your internal business use during your subscription. You do not receive any right to resell, sublicense, or reverse-engineer the Service.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and may notify you by email about material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the United States, unless otherwise required by your jurisdiction.
