We collect your name, email address, and profile information when you sign up and use the Service. We use this to create and manage your account, authenticate you, and communicate with you about the Service.

1.2 Email and Collaboration Data (including Google user data)

When you connect your email (e.g. Gmail or Microsoft Outlook), we sync and store email metadata and content necessary to provide shared inbox, assignment, comments, tasks, and CRM-related features. This may include, when you connect Google (Gmail) or Microsoft accounts: your name, email address, email messages and metadata (e.g. sender, recipient, subject, date, thread and label information), and other data you have provided to us or that we need to operate the Service. We process this data only to deliver the functionality you use. We do not use your email or Google user data for advertising, and we do not sell it to third parties.

1.2a Google Calendar Data

When you connect a Google account, we may also access your Google Calendar (calendar events) to provide calendar and meeting features. This includes: creating and syncing meetings from the Service to your calendar, displaying your calendar events in the task calendar view, and updating or deleting calendar events when you make changes in the Service (e.g. when a meeting is rescheduled or removed). We process Google Calendar data only for these purposes. We do not use your calendar data for advertising, and we do not sell it to third parties.

1.3 Payment Information

Payment details are collected and processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store your full payment card data on our servers. We may store billing-related identifiers and subscription status to manage your plan.

1.4 Non-Personal Data

We may use cookies and similar technologies to collect non-personal information such as IP address, browser type, device information, and usage patterns. This helps us operate, secure, and improve the Service.

We use Google Calendar data only to provide calendar and meeting functionality (e.g. creating and syncing meetings to your calendar, displaying your events in the task calendar view, and updating or deleting events at your request). We do not use Google user data (including Gmail or Calendar data) for advertising (including targeted, personalized, retargeted, or interest-based advertising), for training AI/ML models, for building or selling databases, for determining credit-worthiness or lending, or for providing data to information resellers or data brokers.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal data, including Google user data. We do not transfer or disclose your information to third parties for purposes other than providing or improving the Service. We may share data with service providers (e.g. hosting, email delivery, payments) only as needed to run the Service. We do not share Google user data with third parties for targeted advertising, data brokers, or information resellers. We may disclose data when required by law or to protect our rights and safety.

4. Data Security
